China’s army is responsible for some number of online attacks.  This, despite my sarcastic title, should surprise absolutely nobody.

Nor should it suprise us that defenders don’t have sufficient training.  Could this perhaps be related to Mark Weatherford’s resignation?  Maybe, although the Chertoff Group probably ended up paying this guy a lot; they have plenty of money from perpetuating the full body scanner scam at airports.
