A few thoughts on the video:
- When reading Phil’s work, I got an impression of him. Phil on video is pretty similar to that impression, though I can’t say his appearance is exactly as I expected.
- This video sounds like a Phil Factor essay read aloud. I enjoyed it a lot.
- Phil mentions that the iron content in spinach was off due to a misplaced decimal point. It looks like that was proven incorrect. Nevertheless, I approve of his disapproval of that ghastly vegetable.
