Microsoft has released a bug fix for in-memory OLTP with SQL Server 2014 SP1 Cumulative Update 3.

This is the same bug I mentioned in a couple of blog posts back in June and July.  The bug was fixed in the SQL Server 2016 CTP, but I’m happy that Microsoft decided to back-port this fix to SQL Server 2014.
