Some organizations dream about Super Bowls. I dream about having the same coaching staff two years in a row. Offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and QB coach Dowell “Kenny” Loggains are gone. Loggains was fired, allegedly, but Shanahan left. Neither one will make me weep, but the simple fact that all of this burst out in just the last couple of days makes me a sad panda. I’m not sure who the new OC will be, but he will not inherit an ideal situation.
