With Johnny Football on the IR and Hoyer himself nursing a shoulder injury, Connor Shaw will make his first NFL start on Sunday. I actually like this move. The Browns have nothing to play for, and even though it’s against the Ravens, it might be a lower pressure situation than Manziel faced two weeks ago or Manziel/Hoyer faced last week.
