- I love this Apple canary. The idea that the federal government (the super-trustworthy federal government who would never lie to us about anything or use information for personal or partisan purposes) can coerce people into not revealing that they were forced to provide information to the federal government is ennerving.
- In the meantime, a number of companies complicit in PRISM are lobbying the Senate to change the NSA’s practices. I would have had more respect for the people at these companies had this happened before all of that PRISM information came out.
