The federal government is ignoring Obamacare (official Law of the Land and item that nobody should ever criticize ever because that makes you a racist) rules. It’s like they’ve realized just how stupid the law is, but if only they can eek out past the 2014 elections without screwing everybody over, they’ll survive another two years. I should hope not.
Ed Morrissey believes that this move will fail because it does not take into account the employer mandate, and that’s going to harm a lot of people whom the Obama administration and Democrats in Congress are claiming won’t be affected by Obamacare at all.
