Passover is over.  Now I can get back to two of my favorite food groups:  processed carbohydrates and caffiene-infused beverages made mostly from high-fructose corn syrup.  Mmm…syrup…

On the plus side, I did discover chocolate-covered matzot this year.  These were great for breakfast, taking over admirably for cereal in providing me the morning sugar shock I get before cycling in to work.  They also did not go stale, unlike the normal matzot I purchased*.  I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

* – How do you tell when it’s stale, though?  The problem is that it seems like the stuff comes out of the oven stale…
