- The “stimulus” wasn’t supposed to provide a “jolt,” says Joltin’ Joe Biden.  Ignore what he said before. After all, everybody else does.

- Guys like this are the fundamental problem with reforming government. The government makes dependent constituencies and you can’t get rid of the program afterward.

- How a bill becomes a law, Chicago-style. This is Hopenchange.
