Heath Schuler and Kent Conrad have misgivings for the “stimulus” package.  My hope is that they, along with the other Democrats in Congress who are reasonably fiscally conservative, will help block this monstrosity.  Unfortunately, the poster child for public choice theory will probably slide on through…
